    I purchased battle field done early enlister pre-order and I haven't been credited in the MyRewards account for it

    Gems Not Being Credited

    I recently ranked up my myachievement tier to legend and it is my understanding that I am supposed to earn MyVIP gems for this, but I have yet to receive any. Could you please look into this for me?

    Hello koolz450,

    This is a perk that must be claimed manually. You can claim pending perks on your MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). We logged in to your account and see the perk is pending
    there.

    Hi RD Apollo. Since your purchase was made on June 28th, it did not qualify for any offer running at that time. We had a Battlefield 1 offer, but it was from August 31 to September 30 and you had to purchase during the offer period.

    Hello B0nes2999,

    We only schedule deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you will have to schedule your own deposit from the MyRewards page. This option is available between 1000-5000 Credits.
