    Not Being able to switch between Turtle beach headsets?!?


    I have the TB x800 complete wireless headset. When they are low on battery. I want to plug in my TB x700. And they don’t work. I have to switch profiles and be signed in on another name for those to work. Am I doing something wrong? Can they both not be assigned to the same profile?(even tho it says they are)

    Hey Jackson! I have a turtle beach headset as well that sometimes has that issue when I play Apex. It may be the communication between the xbox and the headset. Try going into game chat, then turning your headset off and on. Sometimes the headset has a hard
    time switching back and forth between party and game chats.

    Sorry - what is this mixamp? I'm not very tech savvy. I pick it up with the turtle beach 70 recon, the ms chat headset, and various generic samsung headsets.

    What do you mean by headsets? Turtle Beach and other 3rd party headsets or new official chat headsets being released?

    Xbox One Wireless Headset.

    Turtle Beach and other headset manufacturers are working with MS to put out adapters that will make you able to use your new/old wireless/wired headsets. I think turtle beach will also be releasing new wireless headsets as well. I believe the dates they
    are giving for the new headsets and adapters is February.
