    Not being able to redeem my Minecraft Java Edition issue


    Hello this is Kayla; I have a question about the Minecraft Java Edition, a cople months ago I bought Minecraft Java Edition on a card at best buy and now when I try to redeem it on the Minecraft website it say the code is invalid or it was already used. Then I try to redeem it on the Microsoft website and it says that I have to follow the instructions on the card, but it doesn't work at all. I don't know if I have to by a new one or just wait for it to active it, btw I bought it in between mid April and early may. Can you please help me fix this issue?

    Thanks for taking the time to share it. If you sign in to the Minecraft website, are you able to redeem Minecraft Java Edition there, does it show that you also own Java Edition or it asks you to buy Java Edition?

    I have Java Edition but it just says "Play Demo".

    Your dad also had Minecraft for Windows and was able to redeem the Java Edition for free today?

    Can you get minecraft java and bedrock edition with a xbox giftcard?

    So I go to minecraft java and bedrock edition and then click redeem a code under the three dots. After that i wait for it purchase. Then i got to the xbox app go into the microsoft acc that has minecraft on it then i will be able to access minecraft bedrock and java edition. I am correct right?
