    Not being able to reach authentication servers


    A couple days ago I changed my microsoft password and had to re login to my minecraft account but than today i tried to play minecraft and join a server but it said failed to reach microsoft authentication servers and i redownloaded the client i use to play minecraft and it didnt work i tried using the official launcher didnt work and i redownloaded the client again and had to login into my account it said failed to reach authentication servers i would really like help as i just got unbanned from the server i was going to play and wont have much free time soon

    I’m starting to see reports from other players about the same. (Not possible to reach the servers or something like unable to verify the products that you own)

    Exists the possibility that this could be just a temporary issue

    If you don’t mind please try waiting couple hours
    But if the issue persist the best option is report this problem to the Minecraft team here

    Remote play requires an internet connection for authentication. The xbox must be able to reach the internet.

    Unfortunately servers being down for Forza doesnt mean that the XBox Live servers are down aa a whole. For any compensation requests I would encourage you to reach out to MS Customer Service, they should be able to assist you.

    Hi there! If a problem is directly towards the game such as multiplayer servers being down, and then I would suggest that you reach out to the game developer. They would be able to give you more information and proper trouble shooting steps. :)

    Hi there - unfortunately that means the ethernet connection is not able to get past the network's firewall. Is your console assigned a public IP by the hotel's router? Are they having your run through a proxy server? Is there a login authentication required?
