Not being able to make/use a xbox 360 account on game's with series X

Xbox series X will be the next console of the Xbox franchise. Like the jump from Xbox 360 to Xbox one. You will be able to play you're Xbox one games on the Series X and the games coming out will be out on Xbox One as Xbox series X for a limited time.
After a while they will quit making games for Xbox one and focus on Xbox Siries X

I can confirm I’m able to make purchases on Xbox Series X store using the UK storefront and my UK bank card. I’m also able to do the same from the Microsoft store on Windows 11. Only thing I can’t do is the 360 marketplace as that forces me to use the foreign store. Is there anything else I need to be aware of or is it just the 360 marketplace I’m locked out of for 90 days? All of my games, licenses etc all appear to still be working despite the migration and my windows 11 and Xbox are both using the UK region despite my account region being some foreign country. Only thing I can’t do, like I said, is buy DLC for a backwards compatible Xbox 360 game from the 360 marketplace as the old 360 marketplace is forcing the foreign region with no way of manually switching (windows & Xbox series X storefronts can be manually switched).

If you own the game as well as the subscription you need to set the Xbox Series X as the Home Xbox in that way all profiles including your daughter's account will be able to play the game.

Since you own the game or subscription you won't be needing to use the Home Xbox console, you can play the game without any issues since the license is on your account.

Once you were able to set the Xbox Series X as Home Xbox make sure to sign out.
