    I was watching mixer hypezone and it said if i brought 1000 vbucks i would get a £4 gift card and it has been a couple of weeks and i still havent had the gift card through.

    Extending Xbox Live Gold

    I've been given the option of extending my xbox live gold for £26.50. I put a £30.00 gift card on my account but am not given the option of using that. I still want to get the discount but i need to use that gift card. Any help would be appreciated.

    Why is the auto redeem £5 gift card not going into my balance?

    On the rewards app, i have the auto redeem on for the £5 gift card and it’s taken the point of my account but hasn’t given me the 5 pounds. I used the rest of my points for a £10 gift card on the app and that worked.
    The points have now been given back instead of giving the £5 gift card

    These were gifts for my boys b-day. 2 $25 gift cards. Given to them by there grandmother. I don't know where or how she paid for them.
