not any Game launching

I cant play any single game i mean not a goddamn game.dont know whats the prb or how to fix?

That sounds frustrating!

However, you have not given us any information at all to go on, to help you out. We'd need to know at least:

-platform (PC or a specific console)
-what happens when you try to launch games - any messages or popups?
-what games this has happened on
-if console - where are the games stored (internal, external etc).
-what have you tried so far to rectify the problem
- if PC, list the OS and any helpful system info

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

sign up to receive a notification as soon as it's fixed.
