    Not always able to select luggage


    1. What version & build of Windows are you running?
    2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using?
    3. About how long ago did you start having this problem?
    4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games?
    5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens.

    Windows 8.1 RT on Microsoft Surface

    Have noticed issue with luggage being unselectable during game rewards. I usually select the first bag until it doesn't respond; the second bag will respond maybe one or two more times and same with the third until I am unable to open any of the.

    Love the game. I have noticed this issue since I first downloaded the game a few months ago. All other issues I had noticed have been fixed; this seems to be the hood out for me.

    How do you claim lost luggage?

    Luggage not rewarding. After luggage opens, pooof, nothing!!!

    Luggage not crediting

    When I open all luggage the suitcase disappears without rewards being credited.

    Is anyone having the same trouble as me? My levels won't advance I am stuck on level 89 and there is not much sense playing if the levels don't go up. I was fine until I updated.

    Ever since the update, I leveled up saw the next level and just as quickly it disappeared. Lost everything from the luggage. The loss of items from luggage, happens frequently.

    look at your card it does and it always has if a power ball is under a starball when the powerball is called you'll hear the sound effect for the powerball, so it does get counted and you do get the one luggage that goes with it

    Primo, hold luggage goes through twice as many xray machines than hand luggage. You just don't see it happening. Xray machines are fine by the way. Laptops, phones etc all go through every day.
