    Not allowing valid Bingo calls


    Microsoft Bingo on Windows 8.1 64-bit

    Valid Bingo cannot be called. This issue has been happening for several hours. All daubed numbers show valid Bingo, yet when clicking the "call Bingo" button, a red X covers the card, but will not allow a valid bingo. Not worth it to keep wasting tokens/tickets
    to keep playing if I can't call Bingo.

    1. What version & build of Windows are you running? 8.1
    2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using? Surface 64GB
    3. About how long ago did you start having this problem? Saw it on 3/9
    4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games? No
    5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens.
    I played one game of Bingo with two cards last night. I got a bingo on the G column on my second card, but when I hit the "BINGO" button to call it, I got a red X on the card with a 10-second timer. When that ran out I tried again and got the same thing.

    1. Please post any other details or notes about your problem here: That's pretty much it. Also had two O61's on one of the two cards.

    Couldn't call a valid bingo

    I'm having the same problem and it happens often! I was working on completing two cards and getting some power bingos and then I start getting the red X ... playing two cards and it was happening on both cards. The game also did not give me credit for
    the power balls I got and yes, I had them on my cards. So, I'm out coins for buying extra balls on top of all that!

    Running Windows 8.1 (64-bit) on Dell Inspiron 5271 Core I-7... less than a yr. old.

    This problem has happened to me numerous times!!! I uninstalled the game, cleared ws cache and reinstalled on March 20... game was working fine and then...

    Most recent date this happened: March 21.

    Also, I have problems purchasing items from the store... sometimes it works, but usually it doesn't.

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    Hello Sandflea,

    Did you check in your gift section for the Keys? That's where you should find them.

    You can call bingos as rows horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Corner bingos are also valid.

    I use windows 8 on a microsoft surface tablet and have the same problems, this has cost me plenty of gold purchasing the next 5 balls,

    It is very disappointing because the game is a lot of fun when it does work, however, it seems to fail more than work lately with connection problems and now failed valid bingo calls
