    not allowing me to play/ trying to make me rebuy


    i got on to try and play destiny when i did it said i need the disc when i have digital. after trying to uninstall and reinstall it i click on it and it takes me straight to the store and i trying to make me rebuy it.

    Power cycle/hard reset is different from a normal restart as the restart most likely won't help. Follow this link and perform the hard reset as described: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    I've turned my xbox on and off many times since this began, its been like a week or so. I just tried the power cable one and nothing.

    Yes you have to be signed in to the account you purchased destiny on. I just verified it just now.

    If this is a new console, Make sure it is set to your home console as well.

    Is it possible you bought the DLCs seperatley but not the bundle that includes the digital game? I know the first 2 expansions were seperate purchases from the disc; so if you bought say house of wolves and dark below you would still need to buy the disc
    or digital game seperatley. If you got the taken king though i believe the digital game is included..
