    why am I not allowed to upload a gamerpic? My gamerpics never go against the rules, but it's not allowing me to upload a pic now? Hells going on

    Hello,

    What is happening, why is Microsoft not allowing us to use a custom gamerpic, like every other civilized platform do?

    They allow you to choose either. My gamerpic is one of the preset ones they allow you to choose from (they have a lot to choose).

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    If you try to upload a gamerpic now, as long as it does not violate any of the requirements, it should allow you to upload it through the xbox app.

    How long will we not be allowed to upload our own gamerpics? I don't understand the reason for this.
