Not allowed to play on Xboxlive

I know you already have tried most, but to be 100% sure try the following.

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
   http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
3. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support via Twitter at
@XboxSupport or if that isn't an option via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

china doesnt like xboxlive and you will have to change isp in order to fix issue strict connection will not allow you much access to anything on pc as well as xboxlive sorry

i am trying to play gears of war 3 with friends but ever time i connect to server it kick me off but it allows me to be on the dash bored is it me or xboxlive.

Your xbox 360's dvd drive may be flashed with a CFW (Not offical firmware) witch would allow you to play non legal copies. These consoles will be banned from xboxlive.

If you were being punished for something it would tell you that you were banned or suspended. Without this it is a tecnhical problem of some kind, if the test connection is saying that your console is connected to the internet and xboxlive with no problems
- I would check with your ISP as there may be something in your settings which is allowing access to the internet (to connect to xboxlive) but not for something as bandwidth heavy as playing games.
