Not allowed to join clubs

Discus and support Not allowed to join clubs in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; When i try to join a club i get asked to change my settings. when i go to change the setting for allowing me to create / join clubs it gets reverted...     Not allowed to join clubs


    When i try to join a club i get asked to change my settings.

    when i go to change the setting for allowing me to create / join clubs it gets reverted each time i save the settings.

    anyone else who have had this problem and anyone who can help me fix it??

    Can not join clubs

    I tried to join a club, but I get the pop-up change your online and privacy settings.

    I already allowed it in the settings to join a club, how can I fix this?

    I'm sorry to say it's nothing help for me,I can't even create a Forza horizon 4 club. Yesterday i test my xbox setting：if I choose the xbox privacy and online security setting‘create or join a club’ to ‘forbidden’，I
    can't get into the ‘club’ interface in game; when I choose to 'allowed',I can browse the ‘club’ interface,but still not allowed to create or join any clubs. I don't know why is it.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Are you having any issues with sending communications or starting a party? The reason we ask is because sometimes social features are blocked due to an account suspension. The

    Xbox Enforcement website     contains steps on how to check for an account suspension. If there is no account suspension, there may be an issue with the privacy & safety settings. Is the account that is trying to be utilized an adult or child account?

    Issue Joining Minecraft Realm from Switch

    I saw similar issues like this with one of my kids accounts. We needed to go in and allow Join Clubs for this to work. It was a little odd, but they were friends with the user, but could not join the Realm until we allowed access to join Clubs.

    I can't join official clubs on the xbox app.

    Most clubs only allows members to post in the club as members, You can request to join then post if able to post in that club.

    Hey chris -

    Have you double checked that your Xbox One privacy settings allow you to join Clubs? Open up Settings, navigate over to "Privacy and Online Settings" (in the Account tab), and under Xbox Live privacy, check that you don't have "Blocked" for "Can join Clubs."
