If full games you must allow m rated or non rsted games

If demos then you have to wait till you are 18

As per international laws you must be 18 to watch rated m or rating pending demos and trailers

It's only illegal for an under 18 to buy an 18 rated game,not to play it. That's entirely up to the parents so nothing to crackdown on. DaftBadger that depends on where you are living. I think USA wide, kids can legally buy mature games. But some companies
have a policy of only allowing adults to purchase mature game.

This is a really stupid thing microsoft does. Most parents allow teenagers to play mature games. I've been playing them since I was like 13. Why do you have to be 18 to download mature games when you can buy hard copies at 17? Makes no sense

Well its not an issue buying Mature rated games as i have ID and can go to any gamestore though I'm unable to download Mature content so its counter intuitive to let me, a minor, buy mature rated games but not purchase DLC for said games.

there is a misunderstanding, you CAN play mature content as far as games, as long as the parental controls allow it, now for mature rated demos/videos, NO they cannot be downloaded on a child account.
