Not all of my points were deposited

Hi, I requested a deposit for my Xbox Live Rewards, I got $1.25 deposited, however i am still waiting on my 5,000 points ($5.00) to be deposited, it says it will be deposited on the 30th, however it is the 31st.

My points were not deposited.

MY account says i have over 60k points pending deposit and they are yet to be deposited. Can i get any support with this?

Hi WhiteWolfs. Credits pending between the 1st-15th are deposited by the last day of the month. Credits pending from the 16th-last day of the month are deposited by the 15th of the following month. Since the 50,000 Credits were awarded on the 6th, it did
not make the deposit on the 15th. It will be deposited on the 29th. Thanks for your patience.

No need to worry. This is how our deposit process works, as explained in our Vault Credits FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you requested your deposit on the 16th, all your pending Credits before that date were deposited. However, since your Vault Credits were only placed in your account on the 24th, as you can see on the MyStatement on your MyRewards page, they would not
be a part of any deposit this month. As stated above, since they were placed as pending in the second half of the month, they would be a part of the mid-month deposit next month. Note that the FAQ says that this can occur "on or around the 15th", so it may
occur a few days before that date, but at the very latest, will be deposited by the 15th.

All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.
