Not all of my PC games' titles show up on Xbox Live. My status only shows up as "Online"

Network, internet, and Xbox Live are all connected. My Xbox One is working perfectly fine, but my 360 is showing a service alert. I went online and it shows that live is working just fine and everything is up and running. I reset my network setting
to default and re-entered my password and such for my wifi. Not sure what else to do now. Rebooted/restarted my router. My phone, PC, and Xbox One are all working fine still. 360 still showing everything is connected and up, but it's also still saying service
alert.

The SPAS 2500k hasn't unlocked for me and I'm at about 4500 kills with it. Someone said you have to prestige which can't be true as Ive got the 2500k (black with silver outline) title for several guns. Off the top of my head I have it for the UMP, Model,
Striker, PP90, Mk14 and maybe the ACR. I'm glad it's not just me with this problem.

I have had the same problem, yesterday I completed the challenge "get a final stand kill in the game winning kill cam" I am level 60 so it is unlocked, game mode was Hardcore TDM, but I did not get the title or emblem for it.

Hopefully this doesn't interfere wit my next 1000 Headshots title.

I'm missing 2 titles becasue of this.....the "Transformer" one for a game winning kill with a pavelow (I was high enough level, the challenge was unlocked) it ws a care package pavelow I stole from an enemy....and more recently a throwing knife game winning
kill in Infected.....didn't get that title either...and iv'e gotten many other titles/emblems in Infected game mode

I was thinking maybe it's show up 24hrs later...nope it's been well over 2 days
