    Not all of my achievements carried over when I switched accounts?


    I switched to a new xbox account and when I got Overwatch 2, I lost all of the hero specific achievements, but kept the basic, general ones. I still use the same Battle.net account so assumed it would all carry over but it didn't. Was wandering if this was supposed to happen? I don't want to have to grind to get all of them again as it took a while.

    It ends up being fun, since you play a Hero until you unlock it.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    Some of the achievements don't auto-pop when switching accounts, this has happened to me too.

    The only solution was to trigger them again.

    At the time, I contacted Blizzard support and that was what they said to me, sadly.

    Xbox live problems.

    Unfortunately, there is a way to make an offline profile into an XBL profile.

    You could make an online account with the same gamertag if you wanted to...but none of your achievements/gamer score will carry over.

    The only way these would have carried over is if you were connected to XBL lets say 3 years ago and created a Silver account and then continued to play offline...

    and then when this time came around, all you would have to do is connect your console and then it would simply update your achievements to the servers.
