    Hi,

    I just purchased three games in the Black Friday sale, the total of which was just over £40:

    • GTA V Premium
    • Control Ultimate Edition
    • The Witcher: GOTY Edition

    However only £27 has registered against the award, so it looks like GTA V hasn't been counted. I know that Xbox 360 games are excluded, but this GTA V is the Xbox One version. It states Xbox One/Series X/S under the description and the install size is nearly
    90 meg.

    Have been trying this for the last hour and just keeps saying-sorry something went wrong our end.

    Same thing happened to me with the black friday sale points and got the same error then when using the support request form. Never did get the 5000 points for that.

    It was working fine yesterday on the same game?

    I just got off the phone with support they told me they are aware of the issue and trying to fix it. I also asked them about the Black Friday sale game pass quest and they said not to buy anything in the sale until the rewards app is up and running

    I just checked and my xbox live rewards account has return to a green status which is great!

    However, I couldn't help but notice that I did not receive my rewards credits for purchases I made during the Black Friday sales. Will these credits be coming my way in the near future?

    Still!!! More flaky stuff.

    'Build Your Collection Sale' says $65 on the banner and $70 in the description. It tells me I have $70/$70 but will not reward me with the 5000 points when I click claim the points. It just goes back to the opening screen of the (Un-) Rewards App.
