    Hello eliyosef,

    In order to download and enjoy Games with Gold, you will need an active Gold Account. From the looks of it here on the forums, you do not have an active Gold subscription. Make sure you have Xbox Live on the account trying to download and play the Games
    with Gold titles.

    Gold trial codes can be used on any account that does not have an active gold subscription. It doesn't matter if you've previously had gold.

    Sorry for your issue. Check if you have an active xbox live gold account. If not you have to renew it. When you have an active gold account the issue could be a ban from the Enforcement Team..
