Not accruing points

I have been a member since 2011 and have never earned a single point. Can you tell what is wrong with my account that I do not earn for anything I do?

Does anyone know why I am not accruing any more XP points on my service record? I have been stuck at SR60 for a few weeks now?

Also, how do I get them ADDED back to my account - Thank you

Xbox Rewards

Damn! I've been accruing points with the Surveys for the last 2 years. I do buy digital game so it will still build but it never amounts to much for all the extra I spend on digital over a disc version.

Hello Lew USMC,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Also, we see that you have earned Credits in the past. For future reference, a complete record of all your Credit and Deposit events can be found from on your MyRewards page in the MyStatement section, if sort/viewed by lifetime.

g is for 'GamerScore', which are you points accrued off of all your XBOX enabled games.

Rodrigo, Microsoft rewards got back to me and the reason the points hunter was not accruing points was because for some reason my account earning was set to donate. Guess I donated a lot of points to a good cause! lol. Thanks for trying to help!

No... I have played on both my xbox's since this happened and the difference in gamerscore is only what I have accrued since then...

I am still missing the original 1400 points!!
