Not able to withdraw/deposit credits

So my account is showing that I have 5250 reward credits ready to be converted but there’s no date telling me when I will recieve the credits to cash conversion and there’s also no option for me to request a withdrawal of those credits.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

who cares.....use your phone and go to the banks website. Deposit/withdraw monies that way

Okay, so the mugger thing sucks

After every mission, I deposit all my money and then withdraw 500 bucks. I got mugged too.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to request one. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

The next deposit will take place on April 12.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your February survey occurred on the first, it was not able to be included in the mid-February deposit.

The option to request a deposit is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So you would not have been able to request a deposit at 21,000 credits. If you request a deposit and then redeemed gems for rewards credits,
the credits from the gems are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.
