Not able to use headphones.

Using elite 2... Suddenly unable to get anything through headphones... Tried seversl sets, no joy... Used a wited controller, which worked for an hour or so, untill that didn't work... Plugging headphones into a 'co-pilot' controller wirked fir a shirt
time.. Must be something wrong xbox side... Any ideas?....

Hi, are you sure your headphones has a 3.5 mm? If that no have the characteristic you can use it from your controller.

Buddy, and are you able to test with another headset to see if maybe there's an issue with your Beats headphones?
(Or if you're able, connect the headphones directly with a 3.5mm jack cable)

By the way, is this the first time you used the headphones? Or before the headphones worked normally?

You should be able to use the headphones on the Xbox One X as it doesn't require any adapter for headphones.

Unreal Warfare

The mic won't work. You'll only be able to use them as headphones (with the above fix).
