    Not able to upgrade


    I keep trying to upgrade to premium but after checking I have the latest version an a valid payment option I keep getting the following error:

    Hi Mister Maka, I have doubled checked this and the account region is showing the same as the region I'm located in.

    I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and it was all fixed when an update was released,

    it's a shame as I have enjoyed playing these games I am now going to give up.

    It should automatically show up as $4.99. If it doesn't, you'll have to phone support. The discounted price is good until next August.

    I've been having this problem for a few days now. Every time I try I get a message. Choose another item. This in app purchase item is no longer available in microsoft jigsaw. Followed by a different error code every single attempt. Hope this is fixed
    soon.
