Not able to unlock two certain achievements

I have played Minecraft X-box One edition and I have unlocked all of the achievements for the offline in game world. My concern is the offline game achievements named "Diamonds to you!" and "Music to my Ears". I have completed these achievements several
time but they are still locked I have given these achievements several days to unlock. I have researched on google many websites and tried there solutions ad none of theme have worked. I have also contacted X-box support and they sent me here. I would like
to know a fix or solution to this problem. Thanks

I think you have to buy a certain game pack in order to be able to unlock achievements. Could this be the cause? Is this even true? I'm not sure...

Sorry to hear that the issue continues, I can definitely understand your frustrations as these achievements may be difficult to earn again. Unfortunately you might not be able to unlock the Forza achievement because you no longer have the game. Sometimes
if an achievement doesn't pop, you can try to unlock a different achievement and that may unlock the achievement. If possible, try borrowing the game from a friend to see if you can reach level 11 or unlock another achievement in Forza. For the NHL achievement,
I recommend checking out a suggestion another user has posted on the TrueAchievements site. They were able to get the "high risk high reward"
achievement unlocked by trying this certain method.
