Not able to subscribe

Hello, I am trying to subscribe for $1 monthly subscription but getting Error saying that, "Some thing wrong happen at our end, please try again". I am getting this error for last tow days.

Have you tried a hard reset on the console if this resolves the issue after several days with the same problem?

That offer is for new subscribers only. So if you had previously had Game Pass or you wete able to redeem 1 of them, you would not longet be a new subscriber and would not be able to use the rest of the codes.
