Not able to speak in DayZ Voip

I am unable to speak in my VOIP and have gone through all known fixes, these fixes include
-removing all cords from back of xbox
-removing all cords from back of gateway/router
-hard resetting xbox
-Open NAT type
-Alternated Mac Address
-soft reset
-turning off and on my microphone from the Xbox Audio & Music option both in game and while the game isnt opened in the dashboard menu
-checking all privacy settings and changing it to everyone for all settings

-leaving a party while hard resetting

-unplugging my microphone while swapping to gamechat & leaving party

-changing all modes on my microphone
-swapping headset to a new controller

-not joining a party after hard reset & alternated mac address
-turning off controller while swapping to game chat & leaving party

I usually don't care about voip but in dayz its nice to talk to other survivors, and is a huge crutch to my experience if in every server i cant talk to anyone, my party chat works fine and thats how i talk to my group exclusively but meeting new players is now impossible, i met all my current members while playing the game and recruiting now is a task I can no longer do. Headset used is Steelseries Recon 70 & the Elite Xbox Wired controller.

I have also made an exception in my firewall & put it through a demilitarized zone within my router, this didnt fix the issue and so for security purposes i turned the firewall back on and took off the DMZ.
