Not able to sign into xbox live in halo 3 likely because of achivement

I am not able to sign into xbox live in halo 3 because of what I think was a achivement error. I was playing halo 3 and I got a achivment. A few seconds later I closed the game to see the achivement that I earned. The achivement did not show up so I started to play halo 3 again, however I was not able to log into xbox live. Now I can not log into xbox live no matter how many times I try to log into halo 3. I will also mention that I am playing on xbox series x.

If you're talking about Halo 3 Xbox 360 version, then Xbox Live for the Xbox 360 is currently down, which affects the Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 backward compatible games on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. More info on the Xbox status page https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status

When we play together in coop. with 2 gold accounts (2 accounts, 1 xbox), i marry with her normaly, like if we married a NPC.

In fact, because we use 2 xbox live accounts, we don't unlock the achivement in fable 3 like "to marry with an xbox live player"

The xbox consider that , even if we get gold occount, we are in "local network" ?

Most likely because it never lived up to Halo 1,2 or 3.

All packs that were already made in Halo 4 included achivements, i'm more than sure that this will also. If there's a new map, there's new achivements. This pack costs 9.99EUR/USD, like every other one and it includes a game mode, so there must be achivements.
I'm also excited, and I love to collect achivements.

like i unlocked 1000 gamerscore for halo 3 but i havent unlocked the katana body or the securety helment but i already beat the game on lengendary and also i became a lieutenant but i didnt unlock a achivment
