Not able to see achievement tracking in profile

Hey there Hockey Ed,

You should be able to track Achievement progress in the Groove App, but there isn't a way to track Achievements in apps on Xbox.com or from the Achievement App.

Are you having issues connecting the controller to the console or being able to have a second player use the controller to play? Did the other person using the controller sign into their own profile yet? For most games, they need to sign into a profile for
the game to be able to tracks stats as well as earn their own Achievements.

So I tried deleting my profile, doing the power cycle, reinstalling the profile and doing the achievement again but there's still nothing. The achievement tracking and my gamer-pic aren't working either. Please help.

Contact Xbox via phone support. See if you profile has been logged into and change that first. If possible they may be able to track it if it's logged into and alert the authorities of its location.
