not able to renew upgrade to premium

Discus and support not able to renew upgrade to premium in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have had the upgrade for Microsoft Solitaire Collection and I guess it is up for renewal as the ads started back up.     I have had the upgrade for Microsoft Solitaire Collection and I guess it is up for renewal as the ads started back up. I have tried to upgrade but keep getting the message to uninstall and purchase again through the store. I have done that 4 times now,
    restarting computer in various stages, and still have no luck. I hate the ads. How do I get this fixed? Have never had this issue before!!

    My Premium upgrade was for 1 year, but ended 3 months early. I purchased it on March 13, 2015 and a message on December 22, 2015 said my subscription ended. Also there is no option to renew. I won't renew. Ever.

    I have the same problem in the Windows 10 APP. I also play on my Android phone and LOVE the game on both platforms. After a couple of attempts at renewing my subscription on Windows 10, I was playing off my Android and was prompted to upgrade to Premium.
    Since I had just tried to renew, I clicked to try and was able to get premium through my Goggle App Store - simple enough. But when I play on my laptop with Windows 10 I am NOT a premium member! How can this be if I am logged in through the same XBox account?
    I have not been able to find any solution, and MS Games has yet to answer my e-mail.
