Not able to remove follower on xbox

Hello,

there is only one remaining follower on my list which I can not remove by blocking him. I tried it on PC over the xbox site, on mobile phone and of course on the Xbox. Every other user could be removed by the named method.

I configured the privacy settings to the point that no one can add me to their friends list or contact me via messenger.

Can you please remove the user "H3rrL3hm4nn" from my follower list? I already replied to a post where someone has the exact same problem and the xbox support could remove the follower from the list for him.

I also attached to photos as a reference.

Hi, yes. Please do it, or ask a friend or someone who you know to do this.

I ask this due to sometimes when you have 1 follower and you decide to remove it, even if you are able to see it. The follower was already removed.

In any case, please report this problem to the Xbox team:

Because as far as I know, Microsoft Support doesn't have the ability to remove people from your profile manually.

If you want, you can try contacting them and give it a shot. But I can't guarantee you nothing

If you try finding yourself with another gamertag / xbox profile, are you able to see this follower or not at all?

All I can say is I've got people on my "followers" list that I've blocked for 5 years and they still show up as followers. I've never found anyone in last 5 years who can actually solve this glitch. Good luck!

Me too. The "Follower" system is often abused by Trolls. I wish I could opt out and have the old 360 friend request system. I have 419 followers and 89 friends. I don't want followers! XD
