Not able to reinstall Sea of thieves.

I bought this game (sea of thieves) with Xbox game pass and i played it couple days. But today i shot my self from cannon and i wasnt able to turn enymore. So i closed the game and tryed start it but i got this message: "Error code 0X803F8001" so i uninstalled
it and now i am not able to reinstall it with xbox game pass. I have tryed reboot computer and run "wsreset.exe" but the game still not showing up in microsoft stores game library. So how can i reinstall it or is the only way to reinstall by buying the game.
Platform is Windows 10 and my xbox gaming pass is still availible.

XBOX Chest

Certain YouTube channels are being sent as sea of thieves gift. Why are we not able to benefit from these gifts? We are one of the players and I want to share and play games with my friends, the ads are not just from YouTube. If I have extra in my stomach,
I would like a sea of thieves chest.

There is currently a known issue with Sea of Thieves and Game Pass. It's something that is being worked on, so you won't be able to reinstall it until that is fixed.

After uninstalling and reinstalling Sea of Thieves and the Xbox Game Bar many times, I am able to invite and accept invites on Sea of Thieves Insider through the Game Bar. I am able to send invites from the Game Bar for Sea of Thieves. However, when I receive an invite or try to join in on Sea of Thieves, I still have the same problem. Sea of Thieves and Sea of Thieves Insider are two different builds. There must be a file somewhere on my computer that is not being deleted or uninstalled and it's not allowing me to accept these invites on just Sea of Thieves. I don't know how to find this file.

Game Pass is a subscription service to get access to games including Sea of Thieves.

Gold is a subscription service to be able to play online. Sea of Thieves is an online only game and would require gold to be able to play it.

Unless he own Sea of Thieves by itself, he needs both.

Currently Outer Worlds is fixed after reinstalling it again. About to reinstall Sea of Thieves to see if that fixes anything.

If you purchased Sea of Thieves then you should still be able to play it.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling Sea of Thieves.
