    Not able to redownload DLC or games I have already purchased


    Hey ive got the same problem now withe the fallout 3 dlc you had or are still haveing i got the achevement i got my dlc from the market place pluss there not showing on my download history. i looked back as far as i can go allso support diddent see it on
    there either and has escalated it to higher up past them to look bach further in my history than i anf they can to sort it out i will get a email from them withein 2 days or less.

    The people on Microsoft phone support are beyond useless. Since this was moving along at a snails pace and I've already put in $20 to this game and am unable to use the DLC I have paid for, I decided to just log into Steam and pay literally $5 for the game
    and every DLC it comes with. And what do you know, I actually received them; you can always tell when a company actually cares about each customer as an individual and works to give you a good experience.

    If you go to commerce.microsoft.com and look in your purchase history, do you see the games/DLC you're missing listed there?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your DLC.

    I would recommend staying in touch with the Advocacy team as they will be best equipped to work with you further to get this sorted out.

    It is now the 8th and even after more conntacting xbox support about still not being conntacted by the xbox advocacy support team about my problem i was told again they should email me soon the same thing every time. I was told 2 days for a email since the
    3rd its gone past that and my xbox live runs out on the 12th if no email by then about fix for my DLC problem it wont be able to get them if its fixed after the 12th because no xbox live. I was told today by another support memmber the same thing and exuse
    and that i should be canntacted soon and should get compensated for my time.

    And to conntact if it isent fixed by the 12th and thatmy xbox live will be extended in order to get this sorted out pastt he 12th. The support were nice about it but i would prefere them to stop makeing me wait past the 2 day and email me allready withe
    hopefully a fix i have been pationt in waiting to play my withe its DLC on it so i wish theyd hurry up and stop makeing me waite so long. For something that should be easy for them to sort out and sorry for spelling mistakes.

    My guess is that Microsoft won't acknowledge their mistake, and will likely make me buy this DLC again just so I could replay through a game. If my suspicions are true then rather than rebuying the expansions, which would cost around $15-20; I'll just go
    on Steam and buy the Game of the Year edition, which costs the exact same amount.

    Since you're not able to find this in your transaction history because of the transfer date or find it in your download history, I would contact phone support so they can check your transaction history for you.

    Neither of the two I've noticed missing are in my download history, and I've downloaded too many things to know if anything else isn't there. No I didn't use game of the year edition, this is the originally released edition; I'm not retarded. I only have
    the one account. I don't play games on friends' consoles. Those questions sound like something I would ask a 4 year old.

    I've purchased a new system a while back, but the only reason i'm redownloading is because I felt like playing the game again. The system isn't the problem, as the DLC for other games are still registering as bought and downloaded with the option to download
    again.
