    I purchased Gears of War (GOW) Ultimate Edition and GOW4 for Xbox One for download and received redeem codes for GOW1, and GOW2. Should I have also
    received a redeem code for GOW3? If so, please send a redeem code for GOW3. Thanks!

    Where are you attempting to redeem this code? Xbox One, Xbox 360 or Xbox.com? Try redeeming on the Xbox One itself if you haven't done so already - you may have better success with this.

    If that's not working, go through the following:

    Does your account region match your physical location? You can check your account's region here:

    live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation

    Also, make sure your payment methods are up to date, and that your address there matches your account region and physical location. You can check your payment methods here:
    https://billing.microsoft.com/

    Now, make sure your Xbox One's region is also correctly set to match the other regions (Singapore?) and then power cycle your console (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console),
    and now try again to redeem the code.

    Let us know how you get on.

    GoW Codes from GoW4 pre-sale

    I have the same problem...

    I bought GoW4 with Xbox One-S. I received two messages. First one have only code to GoQ1 and they dont work. The second one have codes To GoW3 and Gow Judgement. Code for GoW3 dont work.

    I only can redeem code for GoW Judgement.

    When i try to redeeme code for GoW1, Gow2 and GoW3 i have message

    Hey there -

    It sounds like you currently have a region mismatch going on. You say you're in Finland - does your Xbox Live account region reflect that? Run your Xbox Live account through the
    migration process and try redeeming the code for Gears of War 3 again.

    I seems to be a little confused. You said you got a copy of "Gears of War 4" with your new Xbox One S, but you state you are having problems redeeming a code for "Gears of War 3". Is that correct? In either case, one place to start is to check the error

    Also, may I point out that codes can be redeemed not only on your Xbox, but also by log into www.xbox.com with Xbox live account from your PC.
