Update : I'm able to redeem some codes now , but still get the message every time trying to redeem fallout 3 code and gow 3 for example

Fallout 4 Pre Order - Fallout 3 code deleted before I could redeem it.

I pre ordered Fallout 4 and was sent a download code for Fallout 3. The code was deleted before I was able to redeem the code.

I am having the same problem. Xbox support tells me that the code needs to be redeemed on an Xbox 360 and that it can't be redeemed on an Xbox One! They told me that once I have redeemed the code and downloaded the game on an Xbox 360, I will then be able
to download the game by logging in to my Xbox Live account on my Xbox One. Seems crazy that you have to use an old console to download a game on your new Xbox One console. Does anyone know if this is correct or if there is a workaround? If there is not a workaround
yet, I hope there soon will be, as this must be annoying a lot of customers.

The codes can be redeemed on the One or website. Usually the issues with redeeming the codes is a region issue. The game is region locked. So in order to download, your account region and your physical location have to match and you have to live in a region
where the game is available.

Hi, I havent been able to play on my xbox for a while and when I purchased Fallout 4 I never redeemed the Fallout 3 code. Several months later that message is deleted, and I am left with no code! Please help,
