Not able to redeem code

    Not able to redeem code


    I'm not able to redeem code for 1600 points and I'm not able to redeem

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcodeAlso check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    BBing is separate from Xbox Rewards fyi

    Hey there DESINXBOX,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the code. Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically located
    currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error message and
    error code. Please also post the error message and error code here as well.

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    Online Passes used with Gold Family accounts

    All accounts should be able to access the features from Online Passes as long as they're on the console that the code was redeemed on. The account that redeemed the code will be able to use it on any console.
