Not able to play Tomb Raider Definitive Edition on my Xbox One anymore

I have recently purchased the newest Tomb Raider and I wanted to go back to the old ones to catch up on the story. I went to start up the Definitive edition to find out that it had been uninstalled somehow and I couldn't find it in my Ready to Install, even
after I refreshed it. When I go to the marketplace it also says that I have to repurchase it, which I shouldn't have to since I already own it. I acquired the Definitive Edition last September, when it was made free for people who had Xbox Live Gold. The weird
part is that I actually played the Definitive Edition on my Xbox One before so I do 100% own it, but now it's saying that I do not. If there is any more information that I need to post I will gladly do it, I just finished getting off of a 4 hour chat with
a tech representative so I would really like to get this issue resolved. Appreciate any help that can be given, and hopefully this can be resolved so that I can play some Tomb Raider on my Xbox One!

Rise of the Tomb Raider Xbox One Exclusive

No complaints here. When the "Collectors Edition" Rise of the Tomb Raider is pre-orderable, I will have it. And it will go nicely beside my Xbox 360 Collectors Edition Tomb Raider, Xbox One Definitive Edition Tomb Raider. I can not wait.

Based on the details provided in your post, it sounds like the account you're signed into does not own the game. Is there a chance you downloaded the game for free on a different account that was signed into your Xbox One?

You can check
My Xbox One games on Xbox.com as well as
Microsoft Commerce to confirm if your account owns the game. Let us know if you see the game on those two pages or not so we can assist further!

 

I downloaded Tomb Raider Definitive Edition for free when it was on Games With Gold, so it does not showed up as an "owned" game. I definitely downloaded it on this account, I have no other accounts on my Xbox but this one. Further assistance would be greatly
appreciated
