    Not able to log into Mine Sweeper, Sudoku, Mahjong, Wordament


    As of yesterday, I am unable to log into Microsoft casual games on PC (Windows 8.1). The games open, but the automatic xbox games login fails (endless spinning wheel), and there seems to be no other way to log in. The daily challenges still appear (for
    those games that have them) and I can continue to play as guest, but I cannot log into my account. Within a browser, I can still log into that account, so it doesn't seem to be a general account problem... maybe some authentication problem,. Does anyone
    have any advice? I seem to remember this happening a couple times before. Redownloading the games did not help those times, so I'm not going to bother now.

    Microsoft casual games community.
    Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
    site     for the casual games you can look over also.

    Microsoft Sudoku Can't Log In Android

    Problem has been going on for over a year.
    I have never been able to long in with my Xbox account to sudoku, but i have been able to log into Solitaire, Wordament and Mahjong
    I have uninstall, reinstalled, cleared cache, deleted data, reset phone, also got a new phone but unrelated and waited for an update in the play store to try.
    They are, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Android 13.

    Hi, this thread is a year old and there are no solutions available. Xbox live doesn't want to connect to Sudoku or Mine Sweeper, it only gives me the same message everyone else receives to "log in online and restart the app" but it doesn't work. I've uninstalled/reinstalled
    the apps and nothing. Hopefully someone posts a solution or Xbox tries to fix this.

    Yes I have several times, it made no difference. I also have the same issue with Sudoku and can't log into that either but can open Mahjong and Solitaire.

    I am having the same problem loggig oto Microsoft Jigsaw. I can log on to Microsoft Solitare, Sudoku and Mahjong as well as Magic Puzzles. I log into all with my Microsoft log in and on the main Microsoft site. Please help.
