Not able to load games on Xbox

My xbox one games load just fine. I was able to finally load my 360 games.

When I take the route you suggested, after I selected my address it says "There are no service options available. For further assistance, contact us."

Which is a joke because that just leads to the window that freezes! Thanks for the reply though.

You should try a different browser or adjusting the settings in your browser that might conflict with the website such as Javascript not being able to execute.

To file a repair request go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and hit Show details on your console and click on Start an order. If your console is not listed there register it there using the serial number that can be found on the console's back or in the Xbox Settings app > System > Console info.

Go into your hard drive files and delete some of your old games and game files you don't need.

I take it you have storage space available? first thing to do is to try a hard reset of the xbox - while it is on hold down the power button for about ten seconds and it should reboot.
