Not able to launch the game

Hi Team,

I got a new Xbox one S Fifa17 bundle 2 days back.

I played till last night and it was working fine but from today morning, it's showing "Do you own this game or app?" pop up.

Could you please help me out fixing this.

It's too frustrating to see the console like this.

I have already read so many articles about the solutions and have even tried all the below mentioned things:

1. Re-installing

2. Restating the console

3. Plug out and plug in

4. Account removal and Adding back

While game reinstalled back, it started showing "getting your game ready" message and just after that the "Do you own this game? " message.

Could you please help as soon as possible.

Not able to launch Fortnite (0xd0000189)

This is a common issue we all experience from time to time. It is fixable aswell. Yet, sometimes all you have to do is keep trying. It is not really known why it happens. But to fix it, all you have to do is do a hard reset as it says to do so after a short
while of attempting to open the game.

Press the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds and wait for it to turn off then turn it back off. Simple. It may continue saying the same message over and over again. But after a few trys it should work.

If not. It may either be a personal problem or something else related to Xbox and not on you. For any further problems, contact Xbox support for any issue you may think you are experiencing.

Just to be sure, you did redeem a code for the game that game with the bundle right? That game was free to play over the weekend and ended yesterday so if you downloaded it through that, you would be receiving that message now.
