Today I was not able to launch Fortnite, looked up the error code and no support... FIX NOW!!!!!

Apps Not Launching

For the last few days Ihave not been able to launch any apps through my Xbox one console.....I am getting error message 0xd0000189.....any information on what is causing this followed by a solution would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to launch Fortnite

I am able to login to Fortnite but can’t get it to launch. It keeps crashing.

This is a common issue we all experience from time to time. It is fixable aswell. Yet, sometimes all you have to do is keep trying. It is not really known why it happens. But to fix it, all you have to do is do a hard reset as it says to do so after a short
while of attempting to open the game.

Press the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds and wait for it to turn off then turn it back off. Simple. It may continue saying the same message over and over again. But after a few trys it should work.

If not. It may either be a personal problem or something else related to Xbox and not on you. For any further problems, contact Xbox support for any issue you may think you are experiencing.

tenho o mesmo problema, não acesso o menu, configuração e apps.

Ok, same code error for me and my fix... I hit the big white X button the my controller and selected RESTART. That fixed my problem. (I had just turned off and on my console before and it didn't work.)

I got the same error for the past week, when I tried to report the problem using the app, it just shut down.

So, if you've still getting that error, just clear the cache, it worked for me.

In case you don't know how to clear the cache:

- Hold down the console's power button for 5 or 10 seconds until the Xbox shuts down;

- Unplug the power cable from the back of the console;

- Wait one minute or two, then plug the cable back in and switch your Xbox on.

Note: don't worry if the console takes more time than usual to boot up, it's normal.

Go to network settings > advance settings > alt mac address > clear > restart
