Not able to join party's properly

Discus and support Not able to join party's properly in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I'm trying to join a Mates party, but we are always connecting, we've figured out that the problem is me, and I've tried restarting and a full unplug...     Not able to join party's properly


    I'm trying to join a Mates party, but we are always connecting, we've figured out that the problem is me, and I've tried restarting and a full unplug and drain power restart, nothing seems to work. When I'm in my own party I can't even see myself speaking, I've tried unplugging my headset and muting and unmuting.

    Just a friendly reminder though that currently there is a service alert for party chat, which is why you're experiencing the said issue. Kindly check the service alert page from time to time here:

    It means they are in a party if there is a controller that means there in a multiplayer game you can join these don’t update properly.
