Not able to join any club or create one

I've been trying to join clubs for a long time now but every time I get this message

I get the message when trying to join any club

I do not have a child account

I'm trying to join on PC, since I don't have a Xbox console

Already tried troubleshoots, didn't help

Is it not allowing you to join clubs for any game or just one game specifically? Also have you tried creating a club just for troubleshooting purposes?

This has been something known for joining or creating clubs for Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox app for Windows 10.

 

Impossible to join/create a club

but.. I can't join or create ANY
club.

 

It is possible that your account might be under a Parent Account before and was removed. The system will still detect that the account is a Child account even though the Parent account has been removed.

 

UPDATE: I tried to join a club with my brothers account (who has the same settings as me) and it worked without any problem.

So why can't i join a club?

 

I have the same problem, also when i tried it on xbox app for android i get this (on spanish cuz im from spain)

 

I cant change the "You can create and join clubs" from blocked to allowed. When I try to send it it just says "Unknown error. Please try again later. So if you had that and got it fixed you may aswell tell me how you fixed it.

 

I don't know how to fix, i don't needed to fix the page, i need no fix what happens in the screenshot, also i knewed more people have the same problem

 

UPDATE #2: Had a chat with the xbox support but after I told him that it works perfectly on my brothers account with the exact same settings, he replied with "Then is has to be something in the settings" and also said that he can't help me there. So I
guess this problem isn't fixable since the support can't even do something?

Thanks for reaching out!
Recently there have been a lot of posts regarding trying to join or create a club. We are aware of the issue and trying to gather as much data as possible to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, please try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family
member. From there, change the settings.

If this is related to the Xbox Insider Preview, I would advise to post in the
Xbox Insiders Reddit Forum,
to see if anyone else has encountered this issue.

Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change the
Online Safety and Privacy Settings like
a phone, tablet, etc.
