Not able to get into the game

So yesterday when i got home from school i went ahead and put the halo 5 early acces codes in i got from the preview. I put them both in on xbox.com redeem a code then i hopped onto my console and downloaded the game. Whenever the game got finished downloading
i went ahead and launched it. I get to the main screen where you press the option button to get in. But when i press the option button to get in it gives me a message saying "the Halo 5: guardians arena multiplayer Beta begins on December 29th see you then!"
I am part of the preview group thing and have codes but im just not able to get into the game. Please if someone can help me fix this problem my thought is that i just need a new code just to get into the multiplayer.

Not able to get into the public Beta.

I have tried normal ways to access beta forums and still cannot access. I have the beta channel on my Xbox dashboard and I also get updates for it but I am not able to get the private forums still. Someone please help me out with this.

I have the same problem, for the 3rd consecutive XBox 360 Games with Gold game!

I tried reaching out via chat and e-mail but the customer support treats me like I'm an idiot.

They tell me how to download it via console and tell me to use a credit card.

Firstly: Via browser, I do not need a credit card at all!

The problem is, that all the XBox 360 Games with Gold Games just keep loading upon "buying" them infinitely.. so they never count as bought..!

And secondly, in some countries, it is NOT the norm to own a credit card..

I feel like the customer support doesn't really care and I am really pissed off,

because I missed out on 3 games that are supposed to be mine for free,

and it seems that Microsoft doesn't even care about fixing that issue at all..!

I am a loyal XBox gamer, being a gold member since like.. 12 years..

But slowly I am having my doubts thanks to a few things.......
