    Not able to file a Case Review


    Last week i was Permanently banned and to file a case so that I could get my account back or have the ability to transfer every thing to the other account. I should have the ability to file it in order to fight back for my account. Its not easy losing a
    account that you've had for many years. I don't want to start all over for two changes of the gamer pic. Another problem is that I made a other account trying to still have fun just on another account and it says the same enforcement action on that account
    even if I go to the enforcement history and its clean so way is this happening and can I please have the chance to fight back for my account .

    In order to submit a case review, you will need to be signed into the account in which has been banned. If you have done so already, but do not see the option to appeal, then please answer these questions:

    1. How long is your ban for?
    2. Is your ban still active?
    3. Have you tried to appeal though the Enforcement Website.

    nothing can be transfered between accounts

    Sounds like a console suspension. You would've had to have done something pretty bad to receive one of those

    You have to use the original account with the suspension to file a case review

    Console suspensions on xbox one aren't perm nor are they appealable

    File A Case Review

    If you're able to, you can try going to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review for the suspension.

    As far as the Ambassador program, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff. However, without a successful case review from the enforcement team, you most likely will not be able to rejoin.
