    Not able to enter my ready to install list.


    I continously get ejected out of my ready to install list, the moment i enter it shuts my internet down for a few minutes and prevents me from viewing my purchased games, so far i can only play what games i have installed and disc games. I was hoping someone
    would be able to give me advice on how to stop this and if anyone else has had the same issue. This started happening after the most recent update.

    It is back now for preview members so you will have it with the next update.

    Are you able to log into
    account.microsoft.com     and see that all your billing and card info is enter in there correctly?

    Are you able to search xbox.com and try to purchase the item from the website? If it is a game once you purchase on the website it will appear in your ready to install list.

    Hey ChargedPine8840 -

    If you redeemed a code, you should be able to find the game in your "Ready to Install" section. Start from your Xbox One dashboard:

    • Navigate to "My Games and Apps" on the right
    • Scroll down to "Ready to Install"
    If the code was redeemed properly, that is where the game will be and you should be able to select it and install it form there.

    You'll be able to install it from the "Ready to Install" list which is found in "My Games and Apps" (if it doesn't automatically download) as soon as Backwards compatibility is released.

    I would see if there is an update available for your console, if not factory reset your Xbox and reattempt.
