Not able to enter account related options in xbox series x

Try going to Xbox.com and logging into your account there. Does it let you modify your billing info there?

I have a Xbox series X and Xbox one. And when I try to purchase the deluxe edition on the series X I also get the red exclamation "not playable on this device" which is weird. However I do see that under the more info option of the game details it states. " Installation install on your home Xbox one console plus have access when you're connected to your Microsoft account" not sure if it's related but my Xbox series X is sharing home profiles with my Xbox one hecne the series X is set as the home for the Xbox one and vice versa. Were you able to download it and play ?.

the subs are not related to the console.

A Core sub (gold before) or Game Pass Ultimate are related to your account.

If you purchase a Xbox series X/S and download your account on it, you still can use the sub and depending on your sub you will be able to play many new games for free.

Kinda makes me wanna sell all my related xbox stuff and go buy a PS5. Great hardware on the series X but strongly dislike the home screens lack of customisable options. The customize option is a joke.

Subscriptions are related to your account - so it will work with 360, One and Series X/S !
