Not able to download Fable Anniversary - Gold game of april/2020

Hello all,

** Already tried to readd my account to console

** Already tried to use another channel, like android app or pc (browsers chrome, firefox and edge)

** Already tried to change my payment options

but problem is still happening!

I'm not able to download the gold game Fable Anniversary to my Xbox one S.

In the game
download page, after click in "Download to Xbox 360" on yellow item with Free tag I see a page with the following information:

The Button "Change Payment Options" redirects me to Page "Billing Contact Information" (add a payment option to download a free game???).

With the form fulfilled, after click on Save button I get an error message like below:

I called them sent error reports etc starting April 14th. Microsoft absolutely does not care about their customers and there is no actual support. I to am letting my subscriptions expire and no longer support Microsoft. I started with tracking issues
in Dec and now couldn't get Fable but other slop titles were no problem. I did not and still do not get how they can just ignore problems and do absolutely nothing to remedy anything. They use covid as excuse but the lack of any customer care or support goes
back to the beginning. Not once has Microsoft ever done anything to help and in this time they are showing how noncaring selfish and greedy of a company Microsoft really is. PS5 for the win I say!!. I will not be getting a series x. No way. Not after the awful
treatment. And btw be careful calling support. They will try and hack and steel your account. Did to me and I caught it in time to change password. Sent email telling Microsoft what happened and they just closed my case again with no support. Time for people
to speak up and time for Microsoft to be held accountable. We pay for our subscriptions so we should get what we pay for. Not lied to mislead and ignored.

I hear now that Microsoft has "fixed" the issue, but it's too late. I truly wanted Fable Anniversary and now it's back to full price. It'll never be back on Live. But my decision still stands: I'm not giving Microsoft any more money. I'm done with them.

The Microsoft Store requires a valid payment option to download Xbox games. However, no charges will be made since Games with Gold is free to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.

Has anyone solved this yet? I’m having the same issue, i’ve updated and changed my payment methods.

Well, it is still doing this, even though I've added my payment information and Microsoft Support is not even available.

It's okay. I will not spend another dime on any Microsoft product. This is how they lose customers and fan base. Because they haven't fixed this issue with Fable Anniversary, it's now gone and there's no chance that I can get the game for free. I'm done
with Xbox.
