Need help with deposit request

I have points in my rewards but it’s not allowing me to request a deposit so I need help so I’m able to recirve my rewards

No deposits to account

Hello FourNinjaToads,

Our Rewards program is only able to deposit currency into a valid Microsoft payment account. Since you do not have an available Microsoft Account available for use as a payment method, our deposit cannot complete (we cannot deposit into Credit Cards). In
order to receive your Rewards Credits as currency, you will have to create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit into.

You are registered as a Japanese Rewards Member. Since you do not have a Japanese Microsoft Payable Account to deposit into, we cannot complete a deposit transaction. We cannot deposit Japanese Yen into a Microsoft Account that will only accept USD. From
the FAQ:

How do I make sure that my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Since the Rewards site shows the deposit and the billing site shows the deposit, Rewards support would no longer be able to assist. You would need to continue working with billing.

Hi TRazvanRacer158. Unfortunately, since your Xbox Live locale does not match your Rewards locale, we will not be able to make a deposit to your Microsoft account. The only way for us to make a deposit is for you to change your Xbox Live locale to GBR. We
will not be able to deposit Euros into your account.

For some reason I can't reply on the other post. I have tried the offered solution some time ago and it failed. I did however read that all pending credit would be deposited when the Xbox rewards program changes in to the Microsoft rewards. Will that fix
this issue or will it still not be able to deposit?
