    So i tried to custom my xbox gamerpic but it says that i need to be older to do that. the thing is im older than 18 years old so i dont see why i dont have the permission to change it.

    I’m having trouble trying to upload a custom gamerpic to my xbox profile. It says and adult account is required to upoload a custom image, but my account is already an adult account and it still does not let me upload a custom gamerpic. Help will be very

    It won’t let me customize my gamerpic anymore? How do i fix that?
    Download the Xbox app then go to profile. Then you should be able to make custom gamerpics.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Child accounts are not able to upload custom gamerpics. Please refer to this support article : Changing
    your Xbox One gamerpic

    As for your epic account, all troubleshooting for epic accounts should come from Epic. Here is there support site : Epic Games Customer Support
