    If you don't live in an Xbox live region then you can't get it

    there is nothing you can do until your region is supported

    That error code usually means it's a region issue. The current game is region locked. So your account region and your physical location have to match in order to download the game. You also have to live in a region where the game is available.

    Restart your console because you should be able to tab over to the right for Game Pass and a tile will be there that says Claim rewards. Then it will prompt you how to redeem each code.
